TOUR COSTS ARE PER PERSON & INCLUDE:
- United air fares Sydney to Aspen, based on economy K class. Not included are Australian departure tax, airport taxes, fuel surcharges currently approx. $360, subject to change.
- Seven nights stay at The Gant, including taxes and service charges
- Return transportation Aspen airport to The Gant.
- Six day Aspen Snowmass 4 Mountain lift pass.
TOUR COSTS DO NOT INCLUDE:
Conference registration fees, meals, single room supplements, travel insurance, excess baggage charges, ski hire and lessons, currency adjustment or individual transfer supplements, departure taxes, fuel surcharges and airport taxes.
CHILD COSTS:
Special childrens costs vary with age and number sharing apartments.

AIR TRAVEL SUPPLEMENTS:
Qantas Economy – Flights are heavily booked in early January. Travelplan will advise best available special Qantas fares based on your travel dates.
V Australia – Special Economy and Business class fares with the new Pacific carrier available.
United – There is very limited availability of special United fares.
Travelplan has United group seats on following dates.

Travelplan can provide costs to include all major Canadian and US resorts. Aspen long stay specials include pay 8 days lifts – ski for 14 days – 6 days free.
SKI HIRE - SKI SCHOOL:
You can pre book ski hire with Travelplan at special pre paid rates, plus Ski School at all four mountains.
PAY 8 DAYS SKI 14:
For those staying longer in Aspen this special offer is available for lifts, ski hire and Childrens Ski School.
LATE START GROUP LESSONS:
On conference days we are arranging late start Group Lessons on Aspen Mountain at 10:30 am for intermediate and advanced skiers. If you wish to participate it will be necessary to book and pay in advance, so please indicate if you are interested when paying your deposit, advising skier level and dates required. These lessons can only proceed if we have sufficient numbers, so if you want this late start, please say so. Private lessons can start anytime.
